Every Phoenix Awakening journey begins with understanding.
You may arrive with one clear challenge, or simply the feeling that something in your life isn't working the way it once did. Wherever you begin, we'll begin there together.
Over the course of three months, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, the patterns influencing them, and the relationships shaping how you move through life.
Rather than following a rigid program, your journey is personalized to your needs, your pace, and what becomes meaningful as our work unfolds. As understanding grows, the journey naturally develops with you.
Throughout our work together, you'll build practical skills, deepen your understanding of yourself, and develop resources you can continue using long after the program has ended.

Over the course of five months, we'll continue working together to deepen your understanding, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and support meaningful change as it becomes part of everyday life.

Available exclusively to graduates of the Phoenix Awakening three- or five-month journey.

One of the goals of Phoenix Awakening is to help you develop the understanding
and self-trust to navigate life with increasing independence.
Life, however, continues to change. New seasons, challenges, and opportunities naturally arise.
Phoenix Navigation is designed for those moments.
Rather than returning to a full program, Phoenix Navigation provides thoughtful, personalized support for graduates who would benefit from guidance through a new challenge, transition, or period of reflection.
Each Phoenix Navigation experience includes:
An initial conversation to understand your current situation and what has brought you back.
A personalized reflection created specifically for you, drawing from the Phoenix Awakening framework and including relevant tools, practices, reflections, or resources.
Approximately 7–10 days to work with the material, observe your experience, and begin applying what feels meaningful.
A 30-minute follow-up conversation to reflect on what emerged, answer questions, strengthen understanding, and identify your next meaningful direction.

It's an opportunity to reconnect with someone who already understands your journey and to continue moving forward with clarity and confidence.
